Shipping & Returns

 

* UK Delivery rates are as Follows

   We charge a box rate a follows first box £10.00 up to weigh of 25 KG then extra £5.00 per extra box (upto 25 kg) . The number of boxes needed will be estimated during checkout process. If we find that number of boxes is less than expected once boxed then a refund will be issued.

 

       (delivery to northern Scotland, Northern Ireland  Isle of Mann and channel islands will insure a surcharge please contact us for prices)

 

* We offer road delivery service to must of Europe with either  DPD and TNT. We will choose which couier suits your counnrty best unless you have a preference please let us know.

We charge a rate for first box up to 25kg and then a second rate for each extra box after that as detailed below.

      *  We also offer an airmail shipping via FEDEX for all  European  and locations worldwide, cost will be calculated during checkout depending on the weight of your order. All deliveries will require signature upon Delivery or can organise your own shipper to collect from or warehouse.

 

 

*All orders are aimed to be shipped within 2 working days of cleared funds being received. We are sometimes able to ship UK orders for next working day delivery if the order is placed before 12.00pm. However this is entirely dependent on how busy our warehouse is. Please call us on 0121 243 9683 if you require this and we can confirm if it’s possible.

 

 *All our UK orders are shipped with either DPD  depending on location  and will require a signature upon receipt. You will receive an email with full tracking information from us when your order has been dispatched.

If shipped by DPD You will also receive an email (or text if you have supplied a mobile number) on the morning of delivery with a 1 hour time window in which your order will be delivered.

* You can always find the current status of your order under your ‘account history’. If you require a specific delivery date or would like to know when you order is likely to be delivered please call us on 0121 243 9683 or email sales@fcclearnce.com  quoting your order number.

 

 

Returns and Cancelations

Fc Clearance offers a 14 Day Return and Cancelation policy on all purchases except items on sales or heavily discountedd.

Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if you received the wrong item or a damaged item, you can return it AT YOUR COST in its original condition within 14 days from receipt for a credit note Or refund. We heavily subsidise shipping and cannot cover return costs as well. If you are an international customer, please communicate with us to resolve the issue.

 

Fc Clearance does not offer a free returns service on items you wish to return . If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us at your cost for a credit note or a replacement item. No monetary refund will be offered.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will only accept items if they are returned with their same  ratio pack as purchased. If an item is missing from the ratio pack we will not issue a credit note for the whole pack only the number of items.

We will, at our discretion, charge a 10% restocking fee for items returned without care or clearly damaged after receipt except for items that are faulty or incorrectly sent.

Fc Clearance is not liable for parcels returned by customers. In the event of lost parcel or insurance claim, it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim. We advise that you ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents.

For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via email or by post. For any replacement, we will process your request within 48 hours, however please allow 7 days turnaround from the time you send your parcel back to us to redelivery. If you return an item and request an alternative item at a higher price we will charge the difference. Any refunds or difference in price will be credited to the original payment Method..

Our  14 Day Cancelation policy applies to all products with the exception of products which have been worn, catalogue or store returns and underwear, which are non-returnable. Swimwear, underwear and lingerie cannot be returned. Your statutory rights are not affected.
